  34. Palette is a palette utility for RO 3.5 and later.  Since RiscOS
  35. version 3.5 there is no Palette utility to change the colours used
  36. on the Desktop, but the opereting system offers this to programs.
  37. So, I wrote this program to give users the possibility to do their
  38. own modifcations and to learn more about Acorns Toolbox.

  40. You can choose what kind of desktop colour you want to change when you
  41. press the middle mouse button. It is also possible to change the colours
  42. of the mouse pointer and the border. If you want to change a Wimp colour
  43. you have to choose this in the the colour menu.
